The Chinese VR company, Pico, released the Pico G2 4K headset, which as the name suggests has a 4K display.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor and comes with a 4GB RAM and 32GB UFS 2.1 storage. There is a MicroSD card slot for up to 256GB of extra space. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo and packs a 3,500mAh battery that charges via a USB type-C port and lasts for up to 3 hours on a single charge. The 5.5-inch 4K display has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a PPI (pixels per inch) of 818. To control edge distortion, it uses a modified Fresnel lens.

The battery of the Pico G2 4K is present at the back of the strap for better weight distribution. The strap is adjustable. And the best thing is that these can even be worn with prescription glasses. Also, it has a 3DoF controller that comes in the same color (black).

The VR headset has a dual-platform store – the Pico Store and the VIVEPORT store. And so, you will have a wide variety of apps to choose from. It also supports casting to screen so that others can watch you while you play.
