Hatsune Miku is one of the most popular Japanese rhythm action videogames that has seen numerous iterations arrive for VR headsets. The title was originally released on Steam for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, however, Crypton Future Media and publisher Degica Games are planning to bring it to the Oculus Store.
The rhythm action genre has always been gamers’ favorite. Thanks to titles like Audica, Saber, Beat, and Hatsune Miku VR, this genre has found its home on virtual reality (VR) headsets.
The players have to dance along with Hatsune and catch the melody symbols as they fly from the speakers at the back of the stage. Isn’t it interesting?
The Oculus store version will feature the same content with two modes of difficulty and 19 songs that include Singularity (Keisel), Amagoi Miseinen (Wada Takeaki ‘Kurage P’), SLoWMoTIoN (PinochhioP), Ievan Polkka (Otomania), Senbonzakura, and more.
The game has a total of 7 stages that compliment the sings and an enhanced music video mode that lets the players watch any song from various angles with a choice of outfits and stages. It supports multiple languages including Japanese, Chinese, and English. The latest title will also include a new Snow Miku outfit, a Negi glowstick, and new backgrounds. The older version will also get these additions in the update.
